Afiniti and LivePerson collaborated to enhance engagement with customers

Afiniti, the global leader in AI solutions, has signed a partnership agreement with LivePerson, a world-leading customer engagement service, to integrate AI technologies to improve client engagement. The main conversion will be performed on Afiniti’s AI pairing technology with the cloud of LivePerson. The strategic collaboration between two tech giants will enable brands to improve their portals. The businesses can connect with their preferred contact center agents that suits the best fit

LivePerson’s AI-enabled client engagement methods provide brands with solutions to interact with millions of customers just like a personal conversation. Afiniti’s technological AI approach allows the pairing of consumers with contact center agents distinctively to assist them in delivering the best possible experience in terms of customer satisfaction and business revenue. This collaboration between both firms will make communication more personalized, profitable, and efficient with live asynchronous experiences.

According to Larry Babbio, CEO and Chairperson at Afiniti, “This native integration uses the power of contact center AI to improve human interactions, which is the core of what we do at Afiniti,”

The partnership is built upon the Curiously Human approach of LivePerson’s system which utilizes conversational AI technology to create secure engagement. This technique enable agents to efficiently interact with the client. The brands can also layer Afiniti’s technology to pair with individual agents in milliseconds on the basis of historical data patterns, including customers’ product usage and reasons for contacting the firm in the previous tenure.
