Messi Announces Sports-Tech Investment Firm

Lionel Messi, the Argentine professional soccer/soccer participant broadly recognized as one of the first-rate gamers of all time, is making plans to spend money on technology through a brand new automobile led by two Silicon Valley veterans.

Play Time is the call of a new collaboration between the Messi group and Silicon Valley CEO Razmig Hovaghimian and unique adviser Michael Marquez.

The Messi institution, founded in San Francisco, said that Play Time would be a protecting organization that could serve as the number one car for Messi’s international investments in sports, media, and generation.

At the same time, Play Time will bear in mind investing in sports golf equipment and “football tech,” in line with a corporate statement.

Similarly, it has made its first seed-stage funding in AC Momento, an employer that sells shape-worn soccer jerseys from groups and gamers.

Razmig Hovaghimian might be Play Time’s co-founder and CEO (pictured, left). He also co-based the enjoyment commercial enterprise Viki, which Rakuten acquired for greater than $200 million in 2013.
