The most-awaited anthem for the PSL 8 has been released by Peshawar Zalmi, and it was definitely worth the wait. The anthem ZalmiRaalal features a cast of prominent stars.
It is composed by Naughty Boy and sung by Bilaal Avaz, Zahoor, and Nescafe Basement’s famed singer, Altamash. The sound track also features Khumaariyan.
ZalmiRaalal represent the ambassadors of Peshawar Zalmi, Mahira Khan, and Hamza Ali Abbasi. It also includes Babar Azam and Darren Sammy.
ZalmiRaalal appears to share many similarities with its previous PSL 6 track, Kingdom. However, the addition of Zahoor’s Pashto chorus adds a unique and intriguing element to the composition. Bilaal’s rap takes this track to another level, while Altamash’s screams also play a fundamental role in making this song a huge success.
In addition, Khumaariyan’s Rubab takes listeners back to the picturesque landscapes of KPK. While Abdullah Siddique has certainly established the blueprint for what anthems should sound like.
The music video features prominent Zalmi stars Mahira and Hamza. Mahira is looking stunning in a tight-fitting all-black outfit and shows off some impressive dance moves. Meanwhile, Hamza enters the video on horseback, resembling his Noori Natt character from The Legend of Maula Jatt but without the beard and costume. Babar’s intense gaze and Darren’s preparation for the tournament are giving a sensational vibe to this track.
