Dr. Mahrang Baloch: A Champion for Justice
Dr. Mahrang Baloch became an advocate after the tragic loss of her father in 2009 and 2011. Motivated by this, she dedicated her life to fighting for justice for missing persons in Pakistan.
In late 2023, Baloch led a 1,000-mile march to Islamabad. Hundreds of women joined her, demanding answers about their loved ones. Despite being arrested twice, Baloch did not stop. Now, she leads the Baloch Yakjehti Committee, advocating for justice and raising awareness about enforced disappearances.
