Armed with data, ZTBL staff can review details, previous records of borrowers, and other information on the spot rather than returning to the office to review. In rural areas such features are very useful. Bank employees add crop and borrower environmental data or status information. It also has biometric tools to verify borrowers and their details. Bank employees are also empowered to issue receipts at the borrower’s doorstep.
