Careem, a leading ride-hailing service in Pakistan, has introduced the ‘Later Booking’ feature, allowing customers to schedule their rides in advance directly through the app. This feature helps customers plan their rides anywhere from 2 hours to a week ahead, providing a reliable transportation solution for various needs, including students, professionals, and travelers heading to airports, events, or weddings.
With the ‘Later Booking’ feature, users can avoid connectivity issues by securing their ride early, ensuring a vehicle is available at the right time. To schedule a ride, simply open the Careem app, select your preferred ride type, and choose the “Later” option from the dropdown menu, where you can set the time for your pickup.
Careem has built multiple checks to ensure smooth journeys, including confirming the readiness of the Captain (driver) and offering a 15-minute waiting period once the Captain arrives. Customers can also enjoy a premium experience with top-rated Captains and high-quality vehicles like sedans.

In addition to this, Careem also offers a ‘Premium 5 & 10’ service, where users can book a ride for an extended period, such as 5 or 10 hours. This service is ideal for weddings, inter-city trips, or events that require continuous transportation, ensuring convenience without the need to book multiple rides.
