This production halt is part of the company’s annual maintenance plan for its vehicle manufacturing and assembly plant. These maintenance activities are necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Indus Motor handles the assembly, manufacturing, and marketing of Toyota vehicles in Pakistan. It also serves as the sole distributor of Toyota and Daihatsu cars, holding the license for their local assembly and manufacturing. The production pause will help maintain high production standards and prepare the company for the upcoming year.
