These officials, who held key positions as Chief Finance Officer and Chief Internal Auditor, are now in custody. The accused face charges for misappropriating over Rs 20 million. They allegedly paid this amount to 318 ghost employees. Moreover, the suspects gained unauthorized membership at the Islamabad Club.
