NADRA Expands Presence at Pakistan Post Outlets with New Office

In a bid to enhance service accessibility and efficiency, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has recently accepted an offer from the Pakistan Post outlets to establish three new office in Karachi. These additional locations, including the Saddar and Bolton Market post offices, aim to alleviate the issue of long queues and cater to the growing demand for NADRA services.

According to the Post Master General, Mustafa Kamal, seven post office centers in Karachi are already facilitating various services, such as national identity card renewals, changes of address, and marital status updates, in collaboration with NADRA. Within just a month, over 1,250 citizens have benefited from these services, highlighting the significance of this collaboration in serving the community.

Moreover, there are discussions underway regarding the potential establishment of more service counters at the seven main post offices across the city, indicating a continued effort to expand service reach and accessibility. Mustafa Kamal emphasized the availability of dedicated staff to assist citizens from 9 am to 4 pm at all seven post offices, ensuring that the community’s needs are met efficiently and effectively.
