The Chief Minister of Punjab, Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that its time for Shehbaz Sharif to take the vote of confidence. After taking a vote of confidence from the Punjab assembly, Elahi said that the time has arrived for the federal government to go through the same process.

In his tweet, Elahi predicted that PTI will win the next general elections, and Imran Khan devised the best strategy.
He said that Shehbaz Sharif has failed to deliver and destroyed the economy. PMLN is unable to go to the masses to seek votes now.
CM Pervaiz Elahi said he consulted with PTI Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan on the Punjab caretaker setup. He said they finalized three names for the caretaker CM of Punjab. Ahmed Nawaz Sakhera, Naseer Ahmed Khan, and Nasir Saeed Khosa are the names, Elahi disclosed in his tweet.
“We are sending these names to the Punjab governor. If the opposition thinks broadly, the agreement upon the suggested names seems likely.”
It is important to mention here that Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Pervaiz Elahi forwarded the summary of dissolution on Thursday, as per the Constitution. According to Article 112 of the Constitution, the assembly stands automatically “dissolved at the expiration of forty-eight hours after the chief minister has so advised” if the governor does not do it.
After dissolving the Punjab Assembly, Ex CM, Ch Pervaiz Elahi said it’s time for general elections.
