In the latest report by Ming-Chi Kuo analyst discloses that “we might see a foldable iPad release in 2024.”
Kuo said, “with no planned release throughout 2023, the next iPad will come out in 2024, with the iPad Mini beginning mass production in Q1 of 2024.”
In his reports, Kuo said that “a foldable iPad will possibly be released in 2024. These iPads will be manufactured by Anjie Technology and will contain a carbon fiber kickstand at its back.”
Adding to the report Kuo says, “Apple will continue benefiting from the growing trends of foldable devices, equipped with kickstands in the future.”
Kuo mentioned above the kickstand will be most likely to it and will be fixed in the iPad case. Therefore without a kickstand, foldable iPads can smoothly stand or be placed. But Foldable iPads might not be that much stable and may need support at their back as a kickstand.
A 15% decline in tablet shipments is being faced by Apple. Analysts think that “the release of the first foldable iPad will be a big break for the company.”
It was also revealed that iPad Pro will be wider for hand usage as it will be having an oversized screen and OLED panels.
Accordingly, a foldable device can actually be helpful with portability. IPhone users will easily carry around the foldable iPad.
