Eid ul Fitr is Predicted to be Held on April 22 in Pakistan

Muslims across Pakistan as well as around the globe are waiting for the crescent moon’s appearance, which will signal the conclusion of the months-long fasting period. As the holy month of Ramadan draws to an end, the festival of Eid ul Fitr celebrations starts. Similarly, On April 20, the Ruet-e-Hilal, the nation’s leading moon sighting committee, will get together to look for the first sighting of the Shawwal crescent.

Eid ul Fitr 2023 in Pakistan

According to a report released on Friday by the Ruet-i-Hilal Analysis Council, the entire country is likely to observe Eid ul Fitr on Saturday, April 22 this year.  On Thursday, April 20, around 9:13 am Pakistan time, the moon is predicted to be born, according to Khalid Ijaz Mufti. Similarly, the moon should have been visible for approximately 19 hours at sunset on the last day of Ramadan 29. However, it was noted, the time would be under ten hours in every region of Pakistan.

Ramadan, the month of fasting and spiritual self-analysis, concludes Eid ul Fitr. Moreover, this festival is a celebration of sweets and happiness. Muslims from all over the world gather with family and friends to share delectable gatherings, share gifts, and give to those in need during this joyful event.

In Pakistan, Eid ul Fitr preparations often start days in advance, with marketplaces filled with people purchasing traditional clothing, jewellery, and decorations. Further, Vermicelli, which is fine wheat noodles blended with milk, is a classic breakfast choice that is a light way to start the day. 

Children are greatly happy because they now connect Eid Ul Fitr with big presents and meals. In addition, to convey their excitement for the event, people frequently congratulate children by giving them treats, presents, and money.
